Spanish speaking expert ( preferably based in Spain as working schedule will as per Madrid timezone).
Profile required:
• Telecommunications engineer or similar professional with strong experience in modeling services within telecommunications networks (Fixed, 3G, 4G, 5G…).
• The primary responsibility is to model and design Assurance Service-oriented scenarios within a Telco network to conduct service impact analysis.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network elements, both physical and logical, and will be skilled at creating topological models and service impact scenarios for network analysis and operation.
Responsibilities:
• Model services and network components within a telecommunications network, ensuring a clear understanding of their interrelationships at both the physical and logical levels.
• Design service impact analysis scenarios across different layers of the network to evaluate risk, performance degradation, or service outages.
• Design topological models of network architecture, considering radio access networks (RAN), core network elements, service layers and fixed networks.
Skills:
• Strong experience working with 3G/4G/5G and fixed networks, particularly in network modeling and impact analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of telecom architecture, including RAN, core network, transport network, and fixed network components.
• Expertise in network modeling tools and methodologies to simulate topologies, service flows, and impact scenarios.
• Strong understanding of service layers (VoLTE, IMS, etc.) and how changes in the network affect service performance and continuity
• Knowledge of telecom standards (3GPP).
• High proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
