We are looking for a skilled technician or engineer to help us integrate Hotel's OnQ PMS with our automation system. You will also help connect and configure existing BACnet-based devices. If you have experience in building automation systems, smart connectors, and BACnet integration, we’d love to hear from you!

Scope of Work:

OnQ PMS Interface Tasks:

• Install Schneider EBO ES software
• Activate EBO ES license
• Install and activate Smart Connector Deployment License
• Install and activate Hilton OnQ PMS Smart Connector
• Configure OnQ Smart Connector to communicate with OnQ PMS server
• Create floor layouts and tables for OnQ parameters
• Enable and test change-of-state logging

Interface with Existing Space Link (LSS100200):

• Configure the Automation Server (AS)
• Add 4 Space Link devices as BACnet/IP in AS
• Configure all BACnet parameters and ensure proper communication
• Design graphical displays for all parameters
• Create layout drawings
• Set up trend logs

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Experience with OnQ PMS Smart Connector and building automation systems
• Familiarity with BACnet/IP devices and configuration
• Ability to work with graphical layouts and trend logging
• Comfortable working with system software, servers, and configuration tools

Operating System Experience:

• Windows 7, 10 (64-bit)
• Windows Server 2008, 2012, or 2016 (64-bit)

SQL Server Knowledge (any of the below):

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 / 2012 Express
• Microsoft SQL Server 2014 / 2014 Express
