Job Title: Technology Delivery Project Manager

Location: Dubai

Duration: 12 Months contract

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in technology delivery / solution build roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Strong understanding of banking systems, payments and compliance systems.

Proficiency in full-stack technologies, including Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), cloud platforms (AzureP), and databases.

Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive technology transformation.

Experience in team management, delivery planning, solution architecture
