Key Responsibilities
- Teaching: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab-based sessions in areas such as embedded systems, digital electronics, control systems, IoT, computer architecture, and programming.
- Content Development: Design and enhance course content to align with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Research: Conduct research and publish in reputable journals.
- Student Mentorship: Support students in academic development and engineering projects.
- Industry and Community Engagement: Foster industry partnerships, organize workshops and seminars, and contribute to the broader
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues across disciplines to drive interdisciplinary education and research initiatives.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree: PhD Degree in Computer System Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching in electronic or computer systems engineering.
- Expertise in Relevant Fields: Algorithms & Data Structures, Programming (C, C++, Python, Java, VHDL, or Embedded Languages), Embedded Systems, Digital Electronics, VLSI, IoT, Control Systems, Robotics, AI for Engineering, FPGA, Microcontrollers.
- Technical Proficiency (Highly Preferred): Familiarity with industry-standard tools (MATLAB, Xilinix Vivado, Simulink, FPGA development kits, PCB design software, microcontrollers, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Research & Industry Engagement (Highly Preferred): A track record of research publications and collaboration with industry.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, 5G, or smart systems.
- Ability to engage students in engineering competitions and hackathons.
- Strong commitment to mentoring and supporting diverse student cohorts.
