We believe better software enables businesses to become more effective in seeking and reaching out to the decision makers. More effective in staying compliant with complex rules and regulations. Better at navigating and forecasting the various funding cycles within different layers of government. Our mission is to simplify the complicated process of doing business with the government by building great software to solve a real problem.

About the role

Now, we’re looking for a Product Design Co-op/Intern who’s ready to make an impact, build beautiful, functional experiences, and shape the future of procurement technology.


What You'll Do
  • Design Meaningful Products → Craft elegant, user-centric interfaces that make data-heavy procurement workflows intuitive and engaging.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping → Design wireframes, user flows, and iFigma (or your preferred tool) to quickly test and iterate ideas.
  • User Research & Testing → Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze pain points to refine design decisions.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis → Research industry trends, competitor UX strategies, and emerging best practices to keep NationGraph ahead of the curve.
  • Turn Complex Data into Beautiful UX → Design systems that help users visualize and navigate procurement data effortlessly.
  • Work with Engineering & Product → Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to bring designs to life, ensuring smooth implementation and iteration.
  • Push Boundaries → Stay up-to-date with the latest in UX/UI trends, AI-driven design, and workflow automation.


What You'll Need
  • A Portfolio → Show us your work! (Links required—applications without a portfolio will not be considered.)
  • Strong UX/UI Skills → You can turn complex workflows into simple, beautiful, and usable experiences.
  • Wireframing & Workflow Design → Experience with user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
  • User Research & Competitive Analysis → Ability to gather insights, analyze competitors, and iterate based on real data.
  • Figma Proficiency → You know your way around auto-layout, components, and how to use styles/variables.
  • A Passion for Data & Design → Experience with data-heavy dashboards, SaaS tools, or workflow automation is a plus!
  • Some Frontend Knowledge (Optional) → Basic HTML/CSS/React understanding is a bonus, but not required.
  • Curiosity & Hustle → You’re eager to learn, iterate quickly, and push yourself to design at a world-class level.
