We are looking for a Marketing Team Member to join our global team remotely and contribute to our Marketing Department's mission of revolutionizing the renewable energy sector. This role is critical to driving our brand awareness, creating impactful campaigns, and engaging communities within the blockchain, renewable energy, and investor ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Design and execute advertising campaigns: Create visually engaging and high-performing ad content across platforms.
• Manage and grow social media presence: Oversee platforms like Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Telegram to enhance audience engagement and community outreach.
• Collaborate on content strategy and branding: Ensure messaging aligns with SolarShare's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance: Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate across teams: Work closely with design, community, product, and marketing departments to align strategies and messaging.
• Develop engaging content: Plan, write, and schedule posts, blogs, and other media for maximum visibility.
• Monitor industry trends: Stay updated on developments in blockchain, renewable energy, and marketing tools to keep SolarShare competitive.

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on ad creation, social media management, or content strategy.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, passion for renewable energy, with an understanding of Web3 principles and applications.
• Strong skills in data analysis to track campaign performance and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Notion for content creation and project management.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
