Role Summary

Scania Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors expert specializing in Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning Management modules to take a lead role in managing these key modules globally. In this role, you will collaborate with our business teams to design and deliver efficient, automated, and standardized processes that enhance Talent Management and Learning functions across 59 countries.

This role is critical in ensuring global alignment with Scania’s HR transformation roadmap, while actively monitoring SAP SuccessFactors developments to seamlessly implement new features and enhancements.

We are looking for a professional with extensive expertise in Talent Management transformation using SAP SuccessFactors within complex, multinational environments. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies for the assigned modules, contributing to key projects, and ensuring successful integration into Scania’s overall HR system landscape.

Responsibilities


  • Global Leadership & Advisory: Act as the strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning Management modules, offering expert guidance and insights.
  • Talent Management Transformation: Lead the design and execution of scalable, automated processes for performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning management across global operations.
  • Best Practices: Align Scania’s processes with global industry standards for effective use of SuccessFactors in Talent Management and Learning.
  • Module Development: Develop and oversee short- and long-term plans for the assigned modules to align with business objectives and SAP’s ongoing improvements.
  • Feature Rollout: Monitor updates to SAP SuccessFactors and ensure timely implementation of new functionalities.
  • System Integration: Collaborate on integrating modules with existing HR systems and support the transition away from legacy systems.
  • Global Standardization: Drive consistency and scalability in Talent Management and Learning processes as part of Scania’s global HR strategy.
  • Automation Advocacy: Champion automation of processes aligned with Scania’s digital HR vision.
  • Data Insights: Contribute to robust data governance, reporting, and analytics with a focus on talent metrics.


Qualifications


  • At least 7 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning Management modules.
  • Proven success in leading talent management transformation initiatives within multinational organizations (minimum two end-to-end programs). Experience in consultancy roles is an advantage.
  • Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.
  • Strong background in automation and optimizing workflows within SuccessFactors (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Solid knowledge of data governance, reporting, and analytics related to the relevant modules.
  • Ability to operate in a strategic advisory role and influence stakeholders globally.


Desirable Skills


  • Familiarity with SAP point solutions integrated with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management, succession planning, and career development systems in global organizations.
  • Capability to navigate diverse cultural and operational landscapes and ensure consistency across regions.
